CARAVAN CAMPERVAN FAMILY TENT SMALL TENT (Tick ONE).
The charge for camping is £10-00.

ONLY ONE - CARAVAN, TENT OR CAMPERVAN PER EXHIBITOR. NO EXCEPTIONS. Maximum length 28 feet.
Camping places must be booked in advance and can not be requested on arrival at the Festival weekend.
All entry forms accepted in order of receipt, please apply ASAP. Entries MAY be accepted until 1st March.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Every day that I attend, I will be exhibiting by 9-30am and will not depart from site until after 5-00pm. On Monday I will not depart earlier than 4-00pm and understand that attendance may be refused in future if I ignore this rule.

I confirm that my exhibit is covered by PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE which includes rally use. I further declare that the use of any vehicle entering the site is hereby covered by insurance as required by the relevant law, which is valid for any part of the event which takes place on public roads as defined by the relevant law.
