Car parking will be available on the field adjacent to the festival site.
Other Pay-and-Display car parks are located around the town:

  • West Shore, at the South end of the promenade
  • Victoria Centre, multi-storey at the rear of Mostyn Street
  • North Wales Theatre, Mostyn Broadway opposite the retail park
  • Gloddaeth Avenue, on both sides at the edge of the town centre
  • Marine Drive, at the end of the Pier

    • PLEASE NOTE THAT NO MORE APPLICATIONS FOR CAMPING PLOTS ON THE FESTIVAL SITE CAN BE ACCEPTED.

    You may wish to consider the following, which have been visited by Transport Festival staff:

    Registration for 2010 WILL BE CLOSING SHORTLY.
    THERE ARE NO MORE CAMPING PLOTS AVAILABLE.

    Please read with care the notes below before filling in and returning your form.
  • Applicants for sales space or catering stands should go here. There is no online form for this purpose.
  • The postal address for correspondence is:

  • The Royal Mail insist upon full postage being paid for mail and impose an additional charge for the bother of collecting any shortfall. The Llandudno Transport Festival cannot afford the time or money involved in rescuing from the sorting office ANY item which is notified as bearing insufficient postage. We have issued instructions to our delivery office to return any such items of mail IMMEDIATELY; normally it would be held for seven days. This delay may well spoil your chance of an entry.
    Please ensure that any postal item carries the correct stamps or equivalent. We will NOT do this for you.
  • Space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until 1st March. Applications will not be accepted after 1st March except as noted below. The use of the online booking form confers no priority on your application.
  • You may lodge a 9x6" SAE for an application form at any time. Print the name of the exhibit class on the INSIDE of the envelope flap. It will be sent out once bookings are opened. The address is given above.
  • DO NOT use the online form if you have already lodged a SAE with the Transport Festival last year or by post since the last event.
  • If you require a caravan or camper space (not tents) for any number of nights it is necessary for you to FILL IN A SEPARATE APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP OF THE CARAVAN & CAMPING CLUB.
  • Choose the class of your exhibit and if the box is coloured GREEN click on the link at the side. If the box is coloured YELLOW then the class is full, but your entry may be placed on a reserve list. If the box is coloured RED then registration is not possible.
  • PRINT OUT the form on your local printer and fill it in as necessary. Please help the Transport Festival staff by answering all the questions in full, and give proper details of your exhibit.
  • Sadly, we cannot accept the form or payment electronically. Please POST the form with remittance (as necessary) and SAE to the address given towards the bottom of the form. Be sure to include your membership form for the Caravan & Camping Club if you require a camping space (not applicable to tents).
  • If your exhibit is accepted you will receive your exhibitor instructions and gate pass in a week or two. PLEASE DO NOT LOSE IT, as no replacement is available and you will be unable to gain access to the field without causing huge delay to all the other entrants.
  • If your exhibit cannot be accepted then you will be advised by return of post.
  • If you do not include the SAE or proper fee with your application or enquiry it will be ignored.

    Trade and Catering Stands
    Please note that registration cannot be performed through the online forms due to the commercial relationship, and the requirement to allocate space according to requirement and availability.

  • Please contact the Festival Office by POST, enclosing a 6" X 9" STAMPED, ADDRESSED ENVELOPE, a statement of the nature of your business and of the space required, and a picture of your set-up.

    •  Transport Festival Caravan and Camping Club
    If you wish to occupy any space for caravan or camper van, for any number of nights, then you must fill in the APPLICATION FORM and return it with your vehicle registration form requesting camping space. This does not apply to tents.

    The reason for this requirement is the increasing regulation of temporary licenses for caravan and camper occupancy. For your security and our peace of mind, it is necessary to become affiliated to an appropriate caravanning association.

    If you do not fill in and return your membership application form we will be unable to accept your request for caravan or van space. You will note that there is NO additional charge for membership.
